TERMS OF SERVICE GJ Environmental Testing, LLC | Last Updated: May 2026

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By scheduling, booking, or otherwise engaging services from GJ Environmental Testing, LLC (\"Company,\" \"we,\" \"us,\" or \"our\"), you (\"Client\") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services provided by GJ Environmental Testing, LLC, including asbestos, lead, and mold testing and inspections, and pet waste removal services offered under the GJ Environmental Testing, LLC and Stink Butts brand names.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not book or use our services.

2. SERVICES

GJ Environmental Testing, LLC provides the following services in the Inland Empire, including Menifee, Sun City, Lake Elsinore, Corona, and Temecula:

Environmental Testing & Inspections — Asbestos, lead, and mold testing and inspections for residential and commercial properties
Pet Waste Removal (HOA/Commercial) — Scheduled common area cleaning, dog park maintenance, and waste station servicing for homeowners associations and commercial properties
Pet Waste Removal (Residential) — Scheduled yard and property pet waste removal for individual homeowners

Service availability is subject to scheduling, location, and access requirements. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion.

3. SERVICE AREA

We currently serve Menifee, Sun City, Lake Elsinore, Corona, and Temecula, California. Services outside this area may be available upon request and are subject to additional fees and availability.

4. SCHEDULING & ACCESS

Client is responsible for ensuring that the service area is accessible on the scheduled date and time. This includes unlocking gates, securing pets not being serviced, and providing any necessary access codes or permissions in advance.

If our technician is unable to access the property at the scheduled time due to Client-side restrictions, the visit may be counted as completed and billed accordingly, or rescheduled at our discretion.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of scheduling changes. Appointment times are estimates and may vary due to route conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

5. ENVIRONMENTAL TESTING & INSPECTION TERMS

Our environmental testing and inspection services are performed for informational purposes and to assist in identifying the potential presence of asbestos, lead, or mold. The following terms apply:

Testing results reflect conditions at the time of inspection only and do not constitute a guarantee of safety or the absence of hazardous materials beyond areas sampled.
We are not a remediation company. Our services are limited to testing and inspection. We do not perform removal, abatement, or remediation of any hazardous materials.
Reports and results will be provided to the Client only and are confidential. We do not share results with third parties without Client authorization, except as required by law.
Client acknowledges that environmental testing involves sampling and minor disturbance of surfaces and agrees to this as a condition of service.
Results should be reviewed with qualified remediation professionals before making property decisions.

6. PET WASTE REMOVAL TERMS

The following terms apply to all pet waste removal services:

Services are limited to the removal of pet waste from designated areas including yards, dog parks, common areas, and waste stations. Walking path cleaning and general landscaping are not included unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
Client is responsible for informing us of any aggressive animals, hazards, or special access requirements prior to service.
We are not liable for pre-existing property conditions, damage caused by pets, or waste disposal issues beyond our scope of service.
HOA and commercial clients must ensure that their service agreement reflects the correct service areas and frequencies. Changes to scope must be requested in writing.

7. PAYMENT TERMS

All payments are processed online through our designated payment platform. By submitting payment, you authorize GJ Environmental Testing, LLC to charge the agreed-upon amount for services rendered.

One-time services: Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of service, as specified at the time of scheduling.
Recurring services: Payment is due on the agreed billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of service.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable advance notice.
Returned payments or failed transactions may result in a service hold until payment is resolved.

8. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

We understand that schedules change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled service will not be charged.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds for completed services will not be issued unless there was a documented failure to perform the agreed service. Refund requests must be submitted within 5 business days of the service date.
Recurring service agreements may be cancelled with written notice. Cancellations mid-cycle will be honored at the end of the current billing period.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

GJ Environmental Testing, LLC is an owner-operated business. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to any Client for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to property damage, loss of income, or decisions made based on inspection results.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GJ Environmental Testing, LLC and its owner from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from Client's misuse of our services, provision of inaccurate information, or violation of these Terms of Service.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Riverside County, California.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
